On May 23, 2024, the guarantors of the "Environmental Design" educational programs for undergraduate and graduate levels, Head of the Department of Interior and Furniture Design, PhD Danylo Kosenko, and Associate Professor, PhD Tetiana Bulhakova, attended a workshop by Vitalii Ivakhov, owner of "Mriya Kitchen", titled "100 Years of Modern Kitchen Evolution", held at the "Freedom Interiors" salon. The event was attended by the CEO of "Freedom" Hennadii Zubko, head of the furniture division of the company Yevhenii Talaur, director of the "Freedom Interiors" showrooms at the Domosphera Shopping Center Aliona Bairamian, as well as practicing designers.

During the workshop, the "Environmental Design" educational programs for undergraduate and graduate levels were discussed. Vitalii Ivakhov agreed to conduct classroom sessions for students of the "Environmental Design" program in the course "Furniture and Equipment Design". The representatives of "Freedom" also proposed organizing a series of events for students of the educational programs in the company’s showrooms. Pathways for collaboration were outlined to enhance the educational component of "Environmental Design", allowing students to undertake real interior design projects for existing properties. As a result of the discussions on the educational programs, a five-year cooperation agreement was prepared between KNUTD and the company "Freedom."
