On May 23, 2024, as part of the international cooperation between KNUTD and the Ion Creangă State University of Chișinău (Moldova), an online lecture titled "Exploring Contemporary Trends in Animation and Game Design: A Case Study of Today's Animation Studios and Production Houses" by Stela Railean, a renowned animator and lecturer from the partner university, was held.

The invited lecturer's session, organized by the Department of Multimedia Design, was attended by students under the educational programs "Multimedia Design," "Graphic Design," "Fashion Design," and "Design (by types)" at both bachelor's and master's levels, as well as PhD students of the "Design" program: Kateryna Semashko, Mariia Makhortova, Oleksii Lishchenko, Liza Penkova, Daria Kozachyshche, Alina Luniako, Myroslava Siminko, Tetiana Nedzelska, Ruslan Chuhunov, and others. The faculty members from the Department of Design also attended the event: Kalyna Pashkevych, Olena Vasylieva, Liudmyla Melnyk, Vadym Batrak, Valeriy Sklyarenko, Olena Sliutiuk, Volodymyr Padun, Oleksandr Vasylyev, Olena Herasymenko, Ruslana Khinevych, and others.

The lecture focused on contemporary directions and trends in animation and game design. The lecturer demonstrated modern technologies and methods of creating video images through her own projects.
