On September 3, 2024, the opening of the personal exhibition “MOSAIC OF IMPRESSIONS” by the outstanding artist, Associate Professor of the Department of Digital Art of KNUTD, Inga Yermak, took place in the “Art Space” exhibition center of Kyiv National University of Technologies and Design. The unique exhibition presents works of art made in different years, using different techniques and reflecting the personal experiences and emotions of the author, filling the audience with faith, hope and inspiration.

The artist’s personal exhibition was opened by Ivan Gryshchenko, Rector of Kyiv National University of Technologies and Design, Doctor of Economic Sciences, Professor, Academician of the National Academy of Pedagogical Sciences of Ukraine. Ivan Mykhailovych noted that this event opens the third season in the “Art Space”, where the results of creative experiments of talented creators of modern Ukrainian art - teachers of KNUTD, who pass on their experience to their students - are demonstrated.

The host of the event, honored artist of Ukraine, famous Ukrainian actress of theater and cinema, Assistant Professor of the Department of Performing Arts and Culture of KNUTD Liudmyla Ardelyan noted that the works presented at the exhibition reveal to the viewer the impressions and emotional states of the author from the experienced events, embodied in images and symbols, colors and forms . In her work, the artist experiments with graphic techniques, using a combination of different materials that vividly convey emotionality, the colorfulness of complex human emotions.

Students of the workshop of People’s Artist of Ukraine Lev Mykolayovych Somov happily joined the artistic performance and harmoniously complemented the overall composition of the event. Oleksiy Vakhliovskyi and Anna Koroleva, students of Group BAMP 1-23, recreated among the paintings of Inga Yermak a plastic composition in the contemporaneous genre "Easy", an excerpt from the performance "Orpheus. Underground", which was created by the director Valeriya Demchenko, a teacher of the Department of Performing Arts and Culture, and a choreographer from Germany, Kateryna Pavlova. Tetyana Ilchuk (Group BAMP 1-21) also shared the echo of her own soul through the song "Beloved", which is known thanks to the performance of Kvitka Tsysyk. The future actors presented their Institute and the Department with dignity, confirming the high level of professional training and the creative workshop of the People's Artist of Ukraine Lev Somov in particular.

On the occasion of the ceremonial opening of the personal exhibition, the Chairman of the Ukrainian Academy of Arts, Honored Artist of Ukraine, Academician of the International Academy of Education and Science, Candidate of Art History, Associate Professor Kostyantyn Chernyavskyi congratulated Inga Yermak and emphasized the special place of art, which reflects the events of our time and helps to survive difficult times.

Yevhen Gula, a Ukrainian artist and teacher, member of the National Union of Artists of Ukraine, Excellence in Education of Ukraine, Honored Worker of Education of Ukraine, Founder of the Art School “Ukrainian Graphic Art and Design” visited the grand opening of the exhibition. The artist congratulated the author with warm words, noted the creative and non-standard approach in working with students and noted the versatility of Ms. Yermak’s talent.,

The 2024 graduate, designer and digital artist Anastasia Ziglin also came to the opening of the exhibition. She shared her warm memories of the interesting and unforgettable years of studying at KNUTD.

Antonina Dubrivna, head of the Department of Digital Art, Candidate of Art History, member of the National Union of Artists of Ukraine, Union of Designers of Ukraine, Professor of the Kyiv Institute of Qilu University of Technology (PRC), sent her video greeting.

Inga Yermak's exhibition "MOSAIC OF IMPRESSIONS" in the "Art Space" exhibition center of Kyiv National University of Technologies and Design is open to visitors until September 22, 2024.
