On September 12, 2024, representatives of the Department of Computer Sciences of the Kyiv National University of Technology and Design under the leadership of Associate Professor of the Department of Computer Sciences Maryana Goldberg, in particular teachers and those responsible for the organization of students' pre-diploma practice, made a working visit to the practice base — the Regional Center for Vocational Training in the city of Kyiv.

The purpose of the visit was not only to check the working conditions of the students, but also to assess their progress in acquiring practical skills. The teachers held meetings with the managers of the enterprise that provides practice, and also talked with students who shared their impressions.

Special attention was paid to those skills that students acquire in real conditions of business and production processes. At the enterprise, students have the opportunity to immerse themselves in daily challenges, participate in solving current problems and implement new solutions.

"Practical training is an invaluable experience that gives our students the opportunity not only to consolidate the knowledge gained during lectures, but also to see how it is applied in practice. This allows you to better understand the specifics of your future profession and prepare for real working conditions," - noted the teachers.

As a result of the meeting, a number of decisions were made regarding the further improvement of students' practical training.
