On 23 September 2024, students of the Faculty of Mechatronics and Computer Technologies, the Departments of Computer Science and Mechanical Engineering visited the Kyiv office of SoftServe, one of the leading IT companies in Ukraine.

SoftServe is one of the largest IT companies in Ukraine that provides consulting and services in the field of digital technologies. Some of SoftServe's largest partners include Amazon, Google, Microsoft, NVIDIA and many other global technology leaders.

The tour was conducted by Roman Kurylenko, Employer Branding Specialist at SoftSeve. As part of the event, students had the opportunity to learn more about modern IT technologies and work in one of the largest outsourcing companies in the country.

The tour included an introduction to SoftServe's core business areas, such as software development, artificial intelligence, machine learning, and cybersecurity.

In the conference room, Roman Kurylenko held a Q&A session during which students asked questions about their professional path, skills required to work in IT, and current trends in the industry. One of the most interesting moments of the meeting was the discussion of educational opportunities offered by SoftServe for students, including internships and training programmes.

The visit to SoftServe was an important step in the development of professional skills and understanding of the IT industry for students. This excursion provided a great opportunity to see what the company's work looks like from the inside and inspire students to continue their studies.
