On September 25, 2024, at the meeting of the Academic Council of the University, Ivan Gryshchenko, Rector, Doctor of Economic Sciences, Professor, Academician of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, solemnly awarded diplomas of doctors of philosophy in the field of knowledge 02 Culture and art in the specialty 022 Design to Oleksandr Vasiliev, a senior lecturer at the Department of Graphic Design, and Alla Osadcha, a senior lecturer at the Department of Graphic Design.

PhD thesis of scientists are a significant contribution to the development of domestic art science. The work of Alla Osadcha on the topic "Advertising graphics in the visual space of Kyiv at the end of the 19th - beginning of the 21st century" (supervisor - Tetyana Krotova, Doctor of Art, Professor) reveals new scientific information in the field of graphic design and advertising in Ukraine.

The dissertation of Oleksandr Vasiliev on the topic "Design of e-commerce websites: evolution, aesthetic aspects" (supervisor - Olena Kolosnichenko, Doctor of Art, Professor) contains systematized information about the evolution and features of website design, typology, classification of constituent elements and types websites and is a significant contribution to the development of the field of multimedia design.
