On September 24, 2024, the Faculty of Mechatronics and Computer Technologies held a meeting of the faculty management with students of higher education at the bachelor's and master's levels of correspondence and distance education in the format of a video conference on the Zoom platform. The event became an important event for students, as they had the opportunity to communicate directly with the administration of the faculty and learn about all the peculiarities of studying in the new academic year.

At the beginning of the meeting, the dean of the faculty Borys ZLOTENKO addressed the winners, who congratulated the students and emphasized the importance of active participation in the educational process, in particular in the distance and correspondence format. The dean outlined the main areas of activity of the faculty and emphasized the role of modern digital technologies in the organization of the educational process.

After the dean's speech, the floor was taken by the deputy deans, who focused on technical and organizational issues in more detail. They familiarized the applicants with the schedule of the educational process for the 2024/2025 academic year, paying attention to the key dates of the sessions, the order of their conduct and forms of final control. They separately discussed the types of practices provided for in the curricula of the faculty's specialties and the order of their organization.

The senior dispatcher of the dean's office of the Faculty of ICT Olena Zayets spoke in detail about the electronic resources of the university that are available to students. Comprehensive information was provided on the use of the official website of the university, the modular environment of the educational process, the electronic schedule of classes and the electronic journal. These tools are essential for remote interaction, accessing study materials, checking schedules, and tracking one's academic performance.

During the meeting, answers were given to the applicants' questions related to various features of the study, such as the schedule, forms of taking tests and exams, organization of practice and access to educational resources. The management of the faculty assured the students of their readiness to support them at all stages of their studies and urged them to actively use the opportunities provided for successful mastery of knowledge.

The meeting became an effective platform for communication between the management of the faculty and applicants, which helped ensure a better understanding of the peculiarities of the organization of the educational process at KNUTD.
