On October 1, 2024, students of the first (bachelor’s) level of higher education as part of a combination of practical-oriented learning with a theoretical process within the educational component of “Management” attended a public lecture “Leadership qualities of a modern manager as the key to success in the business world”. The invited practitioner is Viacheslav DYUDENKO, stylist of the international class, judge of the international category, professor in the scientific and applied direction "Culture and art in the high-tech modeling of image design" and the owner of the network of DYUDENKO art of hair premium salons and DYUDENKO ACADEMY school of professional skills of hairdressers. Viacheslav Dyudenko is a person who turned his own talent and his own dream into life, business, and creativity.

In a light and relaxed manner for a large audience of interested students, Viacheslav Dyudenko shared his successful cases and revealed the issue of developing leadership qualities, which are extremely important for young people in today's conditions.
