On September 20, 2024, September 25, 2024 and September 27, 2024, Rimma Kirichenko, Head of the Psychological Support Center of Kyiv National University of Technologies and Design, Candidate of Psychological Sciences, Associate Professor of the Department of Professional Education in Technology and Design, conducted an adaptation and team-building training for the first-year students of the Faculty of Arts and Fashion: 182 Technology of Light Industry Products of the Fashion Industry, Modeling, Design and Artistic Design of Light Industry Products, Design and Technology of Light Industry Products, 053 Psychology of the Psychology Program, so that every first-year student could easily get used to the new environment, improve their communication skills, prove themselves in the team and create the most comfortable conditions for effective learning.

Through self-presentation and communication, the students took an active part in the training, completed interesting practical tasks, psychological exercises and played games aimed at maximizing interaction, contributing to team building and the disclosure of each group member.
