On September 29, 2024, an interdepartmental sports and cultural event was held for teachers and 1st-4th-year students of the specialty 076 “Entrepreneurship and Trade” and specialty 072 “Finance, Banking, Insurance and Stock Market” of the Faculty of Management and Business Design.
The event was organized by Taliat Bielialov, Head of the Department of Entrepreneurship and Business. He was assisted by students of the Department of Entrepreneurship and Business, as well as the Department of Finance and Business Consulting, headed by their curators Dmytro Kovalenko, PhD, Associate Professor, Andrii Zolkover, PhD, Professor, Iryna Miahkykh, PhD, Professor, and assistant Yana Onofriichuk.
The event began with the preparation of traditional Crimean Tatar pilaf, which helped to strengthen social ties among the participants. Everyone was actively involved in the process: cutting vegetables and meat, exchanging life stories. The cooking activity turned out to be not only a fun activity, but also an opportunity to learn many interesting facts about common foods, how to prepare them, and various aspects of everyday life. Working together in the kitchen opened up new opportunities for communication and close cooperation between the participants.
A culinary masterpiece – traditional Crimean Tatar pilaf!
The pilaf was delicious. The conversations and laughter at the table never stopped. It gave the feeling that everyone had become part of a big, friendly family.
After a delicious meal, the participants moved on to physical activity by organizing a volleyball tournament. This was an effective way to fully realize the sense of common cause and develop team spirit, allowing everyone to feel like a member of a single team.
In addition to having a good time, the event provided an opportunity for students and teachers to get to know each other better. Interaction in an informal setting contributed to a new perception of each other and strengthened interpersonal relationships.
We would like to express our sincere gratitude to Taliat Bielialov for organizing the event for teachers and students. This event has become an important part of student life, where participants had the opportunity not only to relax, but also to strengthen their sense of community. Such events not only bring participants closer together, but also inspire them to further achievements in their studies and social activities. They are also important for maintaining the mental health of participants in the educational process during the war.
