In his further speech, Ivan Gryshchenko noted that today the key globalization challenges facing Ukraine are not only the victorious end of the war with russia, but also the reconstruction and restoration of the country, the post-war transformation of society, bringing the economy to a peaceful order, and the restoration of democratic infrastructure, which plays a huge role in the harmonious development of the state and society. One of the main tasks facing Ukraine today, in the face of a declining economy, dilapidated infrastructure, and huge human and financial losses, is to make a civilizational leap that will not only help preserve the achievements but also help it become one of the world's leaders in economic and social development,” Ivan Gryshchenko emphasized.

He also noted that such a civilizational leap is possible thanks to the integration of education, science and business, and despite all the difficulties, national science and education continue to develop, as evidenced by the success of the Kyiv National University of Technologies and Design, which is confirmed by both Ukrainian and international rankings. Ivan Gryshchenko spoke about the University's work in the difficult times of the full-scale war unleashed by Russia against Ukraine, the problems and challenges faced by the staff and students. “Education is the most powerful weapon that can change the world,” quoting Nelson Mandela, Ivan Gryshchenko emphasized the importance of education in the process of modern youth upbringing as a tool for the formation of a personality and a citizen, and emphasized the role of educating an ‘economic person’ and the importance of economic education in the development of society.  The results of the conference should become a catalyst for large-scale changes, uniting the efforts of the participants to develop strategies that will further contribute to the transformation of Ukraine into a world leader in innovation and sustainable development, summarized Ivan Gryshchenko in his speech, wishing all participants a fruitful discussion, and most importantly, the adoption of jointly agreed positive decisions.
