On October 24, 2024, a lecture was held for students of the department of information and computer technologies who are studying in specialties 174 "Automation, computer-integrated technologies", 121 "Software engineering" and 126 "Information systems and technologies". The topic of the lecture was devoted to "Programming of Internet of Things devices".
The lecture was conducted by the guest lecturer Andriy MOSHENSKY, candidate of technical sciences, associate professor of the department of information technologies, artificial intelligence and cyber security of the National University of Food Technologies. The lecture was held as part of the teaching of the discipline "Computer technologies and programming" and aimed to acquaint applicants with the latest hardware platforms for creating Internet of Things (IoT) devices, the principles of their programming and integration with cloud services.
During the lecture, Andrii Oleksandrovych talked about the introduction of artificial intelligence technologies, modern telecommunication solutions and prospects for their interaction to meet the needs of society. Students got a unique opportunity not only to study theoretical aspects, but also to practice: they independently designed and programmed their own IoT devices. During the lecture, participants actively asked questions and participated in discussions.
Members of the scientific group "Design of embedded systems and the Internet of Things" also took an active part in the discussion, sharing their experience in the development of embedded systems and ideas regarding their implementation. Such cooperation between students of higher education and guest lecturers significantly contributes to the expansion of their knowledge and increases motivation to study modern technologies.
The team of scientific and pedagogical workers and students of higher education of the department of information and computer technologies express their deep gratitude to Andriy MOSHENSKY for an extremely interesting practical lecture. The presented lecture not only expanded knowledge, but also provided an opportunity to gain valuable experience in applying theoretical knowledge in practice. We appreciate your professionalism and willingness to share your knowledge with the younger generation. We hope for further fruitful cooperation that will bring new ideas and innovations to the educational process.
