Kyiv University of Technology and Design, together with foreign partners, is once again among the winners of Erasmus+!
A strong team of the Faculty of Management and Business Design, consisting of Doctor of Economics, Prof. Alla KASYCH (project team leader), Doctor of Economics, Associate Professor Maryana SHKODA, Doctor of Economics. Associate Professor Tetyana TSALKO, Ph.D. Associate Professor Svitlana NEVMERZHYTSKA, Ph.D. of Docent Olena YEVSEITSEVA received the long-awaited Erasmus+ victory in the direction of Virtual exchanges in higher education and youth (ERASMUS-EDU-2024-VIRT-EXCH).
The project application entitled Skills Enrichment for Adaptive Leadership in the New Reality will receive grant support in 2025-2027.
Partners from North Macedonia, Latvia, Poland and Azerbaijan are involved in the project. In particular, such institutions of higher education as International Balkan University, Baltic International Academy, Warsaw University of Technology and Mingachevir State University.
The project involves the development of young people's skills through participation in professional trainings in two areas: "Skills of the 21st century" and "Social and psychological adaptation". The project is aimed at developing critical thinking, media literacy and employment in the digital economy of young people.
The project integrates virtual exchanges into formal university education systems as well as informal learning in the youth sector, ensuring a broad and inclusive educational impact.
