On October 30, 2024, students from the Faculty of Management and Business Design, specializing in 028 — Social and Cultural Activity Management, 072 — Finance, Banking, Insurance, and Stock Market, 073 — Management, 075 — Marketing, and 076 — Entrepreneurship and Trade, participated in a workshop conducted by Viktoriya Nagaychuk, the director and owner of the leading Ukrainian financial services company, LLC "Audit Consult Group."
The event was conducted as part of the career orientation and practice-oriented educational activities organized by the administration of the Faculty of Management and Business Design, with the organizational support of the Labor and Career Center of KNUTD.
The workshop aimed to broaden students' understanding of modern soft skills essential for successful career development. Viktoriya Nagaychuk shared her experience and practical knowledge in the fields of accounting, audit, and consulting.
The speaker highlighted key aspects of the interaction between accounting, audit, and consulting services, emphasizing important areas where these fields intersect.
She provided a detailed explanation of how a solid foundation in these areas, combined with well-developed soft skills and personal qualities, can make a specialist highly sought-after and competitive in the job market.
During the event, participants received valuable advice on ways to develop and enhance soft skills such as effective communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving.
The importance of leadership qualities, teamwork skills, adaptability to change, and stress resilience was also discussed. Special attention was given to the development of emotional intelligence for building harmonious relationships.
The workshop was attended by the Vice-Rector for Scientific and International Affairs, Lyudmyla Hanushchak-Yefimenko, who emphasized that LLC "Audit Consult Group" serves as a powerful launching platform for those seeking practical experience and aspiring to become successful entrepreneurs and professionals in the field of accounting and auditing services.
