On September 28-29, 2024, the 5th International Scientific and Practical Conference "Modern Aspects of Management" was held at the Warsaw Higher School of Management and, accordingly, within the scope of the cooperation agreement, teachers and students of the Kyiv National University of Technology and Design underwent internships.
The implementation of the international exchange program was aimed at the expansion of scientific cooperation, the implementation of scientific research through the transfer of technologies on the European market.
The scientific international event brought together representatives of the scientific and business communities, representatives of local and central authorities, bidders and everyone interested in modern management. The participants discussed a wide range of topical issues, including:
Using the potential of information technologies in management — research of modern IT tools to increase the efficiency of management processes.
Modern concepts of personnel management — methods of attracting and developing personnel that meet the needs of modern business.
Innovative management in small and medium-sized businesses — ways of implementing innovative approaches and AI tools for the development of small and medium-sized enterprises.
Management of CRM projects — discussion of the strategy of client-oriented management and the development of relationships with clients.
Management in physical education and sports, as well as safety management, legal aspects of management, financial management, organizational culture and logistics management are key aspects of development in specialized fields.
Future management concepts — a discussion of promising approaches to management that will meet the demands of the global market.
The delegation from the Kyiv National University of Technology and Design was represented by the Vice-Rector for Scientific and International Activities, Professor Lyudmila Hanushchak-Efimenko; the director of the scientific and technical library of KNUTD, associate professor Tetyana Bukoros and the director of the labor and career center, associate professor. Natalia Fastovets.
The participants of the conference focused on the study of challenges relevant for modern management, considered the latest trends, concepts, methods and tools of management, as well as discussed possible directions for further development.
The KNUTD delegation, on behalf of the rector, Academic Ivan Gryshchenko, thanked the friendly university for its support in wartime and common vectors of cooperation and emphasized the importance of such events for the exchange of experience, innovations and the promotion of the European integration scientific community. This event became a platform for discussing the challenges of modern management and laying the foundations for further cooperation with international partners.
