On November 7, 2024, an important Memorandum of Partnership and Cooperation was signed between Kyiv National University of Technology and Design, represented by Rector Ivan HRYSHCHENKО and Kharkiv IT Cluster, represented by Executive Director Olga SHAPOVAL. Mariia RUDYNSKA, project manager of the Kharkiv IT Cluster educational sector, spoke on behalf of the executive director of Olga SHAPOVAL.
During the ceremonial signing of the Memorandum, Mariia RUDYNSKA noted that the Kharkiv IT Cluster is a dynamic community that unites leading Ukrainian IT companies, educational institutions and the government. This is an IT ecosystem that is changing the technological landscape of Ukraine and creating the future. Also present during the solemn signing were Vice-Rector for Scientific and International Activities Liudmyla GANUSHCHAK-YEFIMENKO, Dean of the Faculty of Mechatronics and Computer Technologies Borys ZLOTENKO, Head of the Department of Information and Computer Technologies Vladyslava SKIDAN, Ph.D., Associate Professor Department of Information and Computer Technologies Antonina VOLIVACH.
The purpose of signing the Memorandum is to implement effective forms of cooperation between the Parties in order to ensure the satisfaction of needs in the field of information technologies, to ensure high-quality career orientation activities in the direction of information technologies among students of education, popularization of IT disciplines among participants of the educational process, increasing the competitiveness of teachers and students of information technology education in the conditions of the modern labor market, encouraging students of education to study in the focus of their future career, increasing the level of awareness of the use of modern information technologies by University employees.

This event is extremely important for the development of high-quality career guidance and raising the level of awareness of higher education seekers in the field of information technologies.
