On November 12, 2024, the results of the III All-Ukrainian Student Web-Page Development Competition “WEB-TECHNOLOGY”, which was held from October 10 to November 11 at KNUTD, were summarized. The purpose of the Competition was to realize the creative potential of students in the IT industry and create conditions for strengthening and developing connections between the creative youth of Ukraine, other faculties and specialties of KNUTD and colleges.
Students of the Faculties of Mechatronics and Computer Technologies, Design, Arts and Fashion, the Educational and Scientific Institute of Engineering and Information Technologies, Kyiv Professional College of Applied Sciences and Zhytomyr Polytechnic State University took part in the Competition.
Work of the jury
28 works were presented for the Competition. After the applications had been processed by the Organizing Committee, 17 works were selected for consideration by the jury. All the works were evaluated according to the relevant criteria: content, visual appeal, creativity and originality of applied IT technologies.
The winners of the Competition were determined by a professional and competent jury, which included scientific and pedagogical employees of KNUTD, namely: Borys ZLOTENKO – Dean of the Faculty of Mechatronics and Computer Technologies, Natalia CHUPRYNKA – Head of the Department of Computer Sciences, Vladyslava SKIDAN – Head of the Department of Information and Computer Technologies, Antonina DUBRIVNA – Head of the Department of Digital Art, Ruslana BEZUHLA – Head of the Department of Graphic Design, Olena VASYLIEVA – Head of the Department of Multimedia Design and Tetiana ASTISTOVA – Competition Director, Assoc. Prof. of the Department of Computer Sciences.
After discussion and evaluation of the works, it was decided to distribute the places of the winners as follows: award the grand prize, two first places, two second places and two third places.
