Following the established tradition of involving stakeholders in lectures at the Department of Marketing and Communication Design, a master class was held by stakeholder Yevhenia Radionova on the topic “Effective creation of a marketing plan: structure and advice” on November 11, 2024.
Yevhenia Radionova is a marketing expert with 20 years of experience, the founder of the Content.UA digital marketing agency. As a mentor, Yevhenia Radionova participates in Diya.biznes programs, Amarelo Azul for Ukrainian women in Portugal, U&Wehub, Women Voices. The master class took place within the framework of the disciplines "Marketing", "Marketing of services", "Industrial marketing" and "Strategic marketing" by the Department. The participants got acquainted in detail with the instructions for drawing up a marketing plan. The main issues were considered:
- How to make a marketing plan.
- How to analyze the current situation.
- How to determine the target audience.
- What are SMART goals.
- What is the difference between a content plan and a full-fledged marketing plan.
- How to draw up and approve a budget for a marketing plan.
- Peculiarities of drawing up a calendar-marketing plan.
- Educators considered the structure of a marketing plan using examples.
The students also learned about the programs with which they can implement their marketing plan.
Yevhenia Radionova gave her advice on writing a marketing plan and noted: “The most effective marketing plans demonstrate a deep understanding of both the business and the audience. Carefully consider every detail; include all the important information about your company and make a plan to organize the process to achieve its goals”.
We are sure that such practical activities are extremely relevant and important for our students, because it is, first of all, an invaluable experience of communication with business.
