Students majoring in 105 “Applied Physics and Nanomaterials” of the educational program “Nano- and Microtechnologies in Design” summarize the results of the first semester of the 2024-2025 academic year.

At the competition “BEST STARTUP KNUTD 2024”, the jury and participants paid attention to the startup “Rescue (Safety) Island” by Valeria Dmytryk, a student of Group BNT-23, and the startup “Using Virtual Animation” by Andrii Strelchenko, a scholarship holder of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, a student of Group BNT-21.

Students and teachers of the Department also took part in the V All-Ukrainian Conference of Higher Education Students and Young Scientists “Innovation in Education, Science and Business: Challenges and Opportunities”.

From October 1 to November 15, 2024, the XXII International Contest of One Image and New Year and Christmas Decor “Suzirya Kashtan” was held at Kyiv National University of Technologies and Design.

The Department of Applied Physics and Higher Mathematics was represented by a 3rd-year student of Group BNT-22 Aliona Shvedova, who presented a Christmas toy made using the Kanzashi technique.
