On November 27, 2024, bachelor students of the educational program “Environmental Design” from the Department of Interior and Furniture Design presented their residential interior design projects developed in collaboration with the stakeholder – FREEDOM Company.
The students created interior design projects for apartments in the new “Edelweiss House” residential complex, located in Kyiv at 72 Zvirynetska Street, using initial data and product catalogs provided by FREEDOM. In attendance were Antonina Viekhtieva, a representative of FREEDOM; Danylo Kosenko, Head of the Department of Interior and Furniture Design, PhD; Tetiana Bulhakova, PhD, Associate Professor of the Department; and the participating students.
The student projects were executed at a high aesthetic and technical level, showcasing their proficiency in modern digital design and presentation tools. The company’s representative commended the quality of the proposed projects, with the best designs to be featured on FREEDOM’s website, making them accessible to potential buyers of apartments in “Edelweiss House.”

In turn, Antonina Viekhtieva shared her experience in furnishing and equipping residential interiors, providing the students with valuable insights to inform their future design work.
