During the meeting, educational and professional programs and prospects for cooperation, the possibility of exchanging experience in the fields of information technology and electronics, automation and electronic communications were discussed.
Representatives of the Youth Engagement and Development Group, Marina SHEPTYTSKA and Viktoria VOLYNKINA, conducted an introductory tour of the innovative training and research center MHP Dream House. During the tour, students and faculty members had the opportunity to familiarize themselves with the latest technologies and innovative approaches used in the operations of the MHP office.
A particularly exciting part of the visit was the meeting with representatives from the IT sector. They introduced the students and faculty to the innovative approaches and digitalization practices used by MHP professionals in the field of business analysis.
One of the highlights was the practical case-solving activity where the students tackled the implementation of a new Warehouse Management System (WMS). This exercise allowed them to apply their knowledge in practice, offering innovative solutions to current business challenges.
During the first part of the case-solving activity, everyone had the opportunity for direct communication with actual clients (stakeholders) who described their operational issues and expected proposals for their resolution.
Based on the discussed issues, each student had to develop a structural-logical diagram to solve the given problem.
The second part of the case involved team work, where the students were randomly divided into two teams. Each team had to choose a solution for the given problem and present an implementation algorithm for the solution.
The case presentations sparked lively discussions and received high praise from the MHP representatives. Each participant received gifts from the stakeholders team.
Additionally, as part of the event, the students had the opportunity to undergo testing in Ukrainian language proficiency, English language skills, and MS Excel. This allowed participants to assess their skills and receive feedback from MHP company specialists.
We express our sincere gratitude to the stakeholders of PJSC «MHP» for a very productive discussion of educational and professional programs. We especially appreciate the possibility of active professional communication with applicants, as well as their ability to apply theoretical knowledge in practice when solving real cases. This is an important component in the training of highly qualified specialists in the field of information technologies, because practical experience plays a key role in their development and successful career.
