During October 2024 - January 2025, the lecturers of the Department of Graphic Design took part in the international project "Post-Poster? Between Art and Methodology", organized by the research team of the Visual Communication Program of the Institute of Art and Design of the University of the National Education Commission in Krakow (Poland). The project took place as a result of cooperation between partner universities within the framework of the "Three Seas Initiative".
In 2024, with the support of Ivan Gryshchenko, Rector of the University, Doctor of Science in Economics, Professor, Academician of the National Academy of Pedagogical Sciences of Ukraine, the Faculty of Design KNUTD became a member of the "Three Seas Initiative Cultural Cooperation Network (3SICCN)" - a consortium of scientific and educational institutions, museums, galleries, universities of art and design direction and cooperates within the framework of this project.
Oksana Maznichenko, Associate Professor of the Department of Graphic Design, and Ruslana Bezuhla, Doctor of Art History, Associate Professor, Head of the Department of Graphic Design, participated in a survey and scientific research within the framework of a project aimed at studying didactic methods of poster design in Polish and international academic institutions. The aim of the project was to compare didactic methodologies used in modern teaching of poster design, with an emphasis on references to existing local academic traditions, the role of the creative personality and the authority of the teacher.
The creative works of the department's lecturers were presented at the poster exhibition “Post-Poster? Between Art and Methodology” in Podbrzezie Gallery, Institute of Art and Design, UKEN Krakow, Poland, which created an inspiring space for dialogue about the modern poster.
