We sincerely congratulate the students of the Department of Art and Fashion Design, KNUTD, Artem Pugach and Viktoria Skok on their show at Ukrainian Fashion Week!

On February 16, 2025, second-year students of the Department of Fashion Design Artem Pugach and Viktoria Skok took part in Ukrainian Fashion Week as part of the New Generation Lab program at Mystetskyi Arsenal.

The teachers and students of the Department of Art and Fashion Design of KNUTD came to support the debut show of young designers.

The creative tandem Artem Pugach and Viktoria Skok presented the collection of models "Steel Veil". The collection consisted of 12 models, designed in black and white colours with the use of a large number of metal parts, decorations and accessories. According to the authors of the collection, “Steel Veil” is a combination of strength and elegance, armor and tenderness, future and history”. The collection is inspired by the image of medieval knights, reinterpreted in a modern context. It reveals the idea of stability, transformation and versatility. The main symbol of the collection, a veil of steel, is a metaphor for inner invincibility, hidden behind external tenderness. This is not just armor, but flexible, transformed protection that adapts, changes, but never breaks.
