FROM THEORY TO PRACTICE: INTERACTIVE TRAINING ON CRISIS MARKETING WITHIN THE ERASMUS+ VEHUB4YOU PROJECT

On February 18, 2025, the Kyiv National University of Technologies and Design (KNUTD), in partnership with Mingachevir State University (Azerbaijan), held the second training on the extremely relevant topic “Marketing Management in Crisis: Anti-Crisis Strategies and Cases” within the framework of the ERASMUS+ VEHUB4YOU project.

During the event, real-life examples of crisis management, effective strategies for overcoming challenges, and tools that help maintain business competitiveness even in the most difficult conditions were discussed. Particular attention was paid to the analysis of successful cases that demonstrated how flexibility and prompt decision-making can help companies adapt to dynamic changes in the market.

Through interactive exercises, group discussions, and crisis simulations, the trainees gained valuable experience that will help them not only adapt to changes but also effectively manage their businesses in times of instability. This training has become a powerful incentive for professional and personal development, creating a solid foundation for future achievements in marketing management.

The event was organized by the Department of Marketing and Communication Design of KNUTD. The guest speaker of the training was Yuriy Gorodetsky, Marketing Director of Hisense Corporation in Ukraine. The training was held in a mixed format, combining the classroom participation of KNUTD students with remote connection of participants from Ukraine and Azerbaijan using the ZOOM platform. The total number of participants was about 150 people, which indicates a significant interest in the training topic and the relevance of the issues discussed.
