On February 19, 2025, within the framework of the “ERASMUS+ VEHUB4YOU” project, a training with the participation of Natalia Shabatyn, brand manager of the leading Ukrainian outsourcing and personnel leasing company “Fillin” was held with the 1st-, 2nd- 3rd-, and 4th-year higher education students of the first (bachelor) level of the Faculty of Management and Business Design of Kyiv National University of Technologies and Design. We have been cooperating with the company “Fillin”, which specializes in communications management and brand development in digital environments in Ukraine, since July 2024.
During the practical meeting, the students under the EP "Management" had the opportunity to learn about the intricacies of mastering modern artificial intelligence tools to increase productivity and creativity, team approaches to personnel management, based on innovations and best practices, which contributes to the effective adaptation and implementation of advanced strategies.
The participants of the training took an active part in discussing the possibilities of artificial intelligence in education and career and asked interesting questions, which indicates their interest and desire for professional development.
