On February 28, 2025, students of the Faculty of Design took part in the PROFIBOOM 2025 student event organized by the Progressive NGO and educational institutions of Ukraine, which featured speakers' presentations about their employment experiences in various fields throughout the day.
The opening ceremony of the Forum was attended by Rector of Kherson National Technical University, Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor Olena Chepeliuk, Head of the Kherson Regional State Administration Oleksandr Prokudin, Director of the Department of Education and Science of the Khmelnytskyi Regional State Administration, Doctor of Law, Professor Oleksandr Punda, Vice-Rector of Kherson National Technical University, PhD in Technical Sciences, Associate Professor Maria Artemenko, and other distinguished guests.
The speakers of the Forum were students and graduates of Kherson National Technical University, Khmelnytskyi National University, Zaporizhzhia Polytechnic National University, Kyiv National University of Technologies and Design, Kryvyi Rih National University, West Ukrainian National University and other institutions of Ukraine. The concept of the Forum was “students for students” speeches with a presentation of real experience in finding a profession in various fields: design, technology, marketing and other areas, useful advice and stories of those who have already found their dream job.
Daryna Yakymenko, Master of Multimedia Design (educational program "Design (by type)"), spoke at the Forum from the Faculty of Design, KNUTD. She made an interesting and informative report "Career in Design: How Education, CV, and Portfolio Open the Door to the Profession".
The event was moderated by the students of Kherson National Technical University Ivan Nakonechny and Sofia Yerifa.
The students of the Faculty of Design, KNUTD, listened to the speakers' speeches with great interest and received answers to their questions.
