The Department of Marketing and Communication Design has a long-standing tradition of ensuring high-quality practical training for students in the educational programs “Marketing”, “Digital Marketing”, and “Communication Marketing”. Within the academic process, students can apply their theoretical knowledge in practice, which contributes to the development of professional competencies and prepares them for their future careers. Each year, students of the Department of Marketing and Communication Design undergo internships at leading Ukrainian enterprises of various ownership forms. Company management and organizations warmly welcome our students, introducing them to the key aspects of their operations, work processes, and the specifics of marketing activities.
This year, students completed their internships at modern enterprises, including RI-ON Business GmbH (Berlin, Germany), LLC "YAFAR Ukraine" (Kyiv), LLC "Silpo-FUD" (Kyiv), LLC "BUDYNOKK" (Obukhiv), PJSC "KB ACCORDBANK" (Kyiv), LLC "Center for Entrepreneurial Support" (Kyiv), LLC "INTERTOP Ukraine" (Kyiv), LLC "Domino's Pizza Ukraine" (Kyiv), LLC "Tequila House" (Kyiv), LLC "AROMA KAVA" (Kyiv), LLC "Kyiv BKK" (Kyiv), LLC "UKRYUPMPEX" (Kyiv), DAU Europe GmbH Representative Office (Kyiv), LLC "Northern Industrial Group" (Chernihiv), LLC "Max Credit" (Kyiv), LLC "T-STYLE" (Kyiv), LLC "Robotics Trading" (Kyiv), LLC "CosmoCosmetic" (Kyiv), LLC "Vse Plus" (Rivne), LLC "EK Elektrokonplekt" (Kyiv), LLC "AAlarit-Prom" (Kyiv), LLC "Rosych-Plus" (Pohrebyshche), LLC "Alt-House" (Chabany), NGO "School of Public Responsibility" (Kyiv), Merskyi District Consumer Cooperative (Mena, Chernihiv region), and NGO "Useful Action Space" (Kyiv).
During the internship, the students deepened and reinforced their theoretical knowledge by applying it to real-world marketing challenges. They gained hands-on experience in various company departments, studied business processes, and explored the functions of marketing divisions. The practical training at enterprises provided the students with the opportunity not only to learn about marketing processes and tools but also to gain a deeper understanding of market specifics, competitive environments, consumer needs, and effective product promotion strategies. Additionally, the students established professional contacts with potential employers and received job offers for future employment.
During practical training, the students received consultations from internship supervisors both online and offline. While performing their internship tasks, the students explored various digital services and online platforms commonly used in modern marketing. They also mastered theoretical and practical aspects of advanced marketing practices from both Ukrainian and international experts. This experience enhanced their professional competencies, particularly in market analysis, consumer behavior, strategic planning, and digital marketing tools.
As part of their practical training, the students attended a series of workshops conducted by leading industry practitioners, including "Talentonomics: New Challenges of Personal Development" (Speakers: Yuriy Shchyrin, Director and Founder of the Industrial Marketing Agency (IMA), and Ivan Hrynishyn, Lead Specialist); "Phygital Marketing: How the Combination of Online and Offline Creates a Unique Customer Experience"; "Marketing Management in Crisis Conditions: Anti-Crisis Strategies and Case Studies" (Speakers: Yuriy Horodetskyi, Marketing Director of the Ukrainian Representative Office of Hisense, and Yuriy Okruzhko, Director of the Ukrainian Representative Office of EWT, a German manufacturer of household appliances); "Artificial Intelligence: New Approaches to Measuring Effectiveness" (Speaker: Natalia Shabatin, Brand Manager at Fillin); "Customer Journey: How and Why Businesses Design Customer Experiences" (Speaker: Ivan Skorokhodov, Marketing Director at Softorg); and "The Cash Flow Quadrant: Human Behavior in the Market Economy" (Speaker: Vyacheslav Shevchenko, Director of LLC "Swift Graet"). The training sessions were held in a hybrid format, combining in-person participation with remote connection for attendees. We express our sincere gratitude to the management of enterprises and organizations that provided students with the opportunity to gain valuable professional experience in marketing.
Thanks to support and cooperation, the students were able to deepen their knowledge in marketing, gain hands-on experience in real work environments, improve their skills in market analysis, strategic planning, and product promotion, and establish valuable connections with industry professionals and potential employers. We appreciate your openness to collaboration and look forward to continuing fruitful cooperation in the future!
