The Career and Employment Center of Kyiv National University of Technologies and Design (KNUTD), in collaboration with the Kyiv City Employment Center and the Institute of Law and Modern Technologies of KNUTD, organized a motivational training event titled "Path to a Career".
The event was attended by students from the following academic programs: 051 Economics, 052 Political Science, and 281 Public Administration.
During the training, participants received up-to-date information on current labor market trends and learned about employment opportunities available through state and partner services.
Representatives of the Kyiv City Employment Center, Liudmyla Sosnovska and Iryna Safonova, introduced students to modern employer approaches to candidate selection, shared real-life cases, and provided practical advice on developing an individual career path.
Special emphasis was placed on how to effectively present oneself during a job interview and how to transform a resume into a tool for self-promotion, taking into account the specifics of various industries and the expectations of potential employers. Participants also received recommendations on how to navigate job interviews and avoid common mistakes at the beginning of their career journey.
The meeting was held in an open dialogue format, allowing participants not only to learn about career prospects but also to receive personalized answers to their questions about building a professional trajectory.
KNUTD will continue to support initiatives aimed at developing students’ career potential and facilitating their successful integration into the professional environment.
