As part of Kyiv National University of Technologies and Design's policy aimed at enhancing students' career competencies and creating conditions for a successful professional start, the KNUTD Center for Employment and Career Development organizes and conducts training sessions, meetings, and consultations for students focused on employment preparation.

The KNUTD Center for Employment and Career Development systematically implements educational initiatives through which students develop practical skills essential for entering the modern job market, such as self-presentation, effective interview techniques, résumé writing, and communication with employers.

On April 3, 2025, students of the C2 specialty "Political Science" within the Educational Program "Political Science and Public Communications" participated in the training session “Interview Preparation: Keys to Successful Employment.”

During the event, participants were introduced to the key stages of the interview process, learned how to effectively present themselves, avoid common mistakes, craft a compelling résumé, and received practical advice on responding to typical recruiter questions.

The training was held in a live interaction format, with examples of real cases and active involvement of students in discussions.

The KNUTD Center for Employment and Career Development expresses its gratitude to all participants for their interest and active involvement. The Center will continue to implement similar initiatives aimed at fostering the development of students’ professional and career skills.
