From April 14 to 16, 2025, the Faculty of Management and Business Design successfully held Career Days "Entrepreneurial Education - an Investment in Your Future". These events have become a platform for a productive dialogue between students and key industry stakeholders, including employers, partners and successful graduates of the faculty.

On the first day of the Career Days, the keynote speaker, a strategic partner of the Faculty of Management and Business Design, Dean of the Faculty of Engineering School of the Kyiv School of Economics, PhD in Engineering, Associate Professor Sergii Ivanеts, who is a leading expert in the field of artificial intelligence, delivered a speech online via the ZOOM platform. In his speech, Mr. Ivanets emphasized the urgent need for modern higher education students to master artificial intelligence technologies, considering it a key competitive advantage in the future labor market. In his informative online presentation, the speaker analyzed in detail the growing role of artificial intelligence integration as a determining factor in achieving professional success in key areas of management, finance, marketing, and entrepreneurship.

Mr. Sergii elaborated on the significant benefits that AI technologies provide to professionals in each of these areas:

-  for managers, mastering AI opens up opportunities for deeper data analysis, which helps to make informed strategic decisions. AI tools can automate routine administrative tasks, freeing up time for more important aspects of management, such as team development and strategic planning. Predictive analytics based on AI helps in optimizing resources, forecasting demand, and identifying potential risks, increasing overall management efficiency;

-  for finance professionals, AI knowledge is an invaluable tool for complex financial modeling, risk forecasting, and fraud detection. Machine learning algorithms can analyze large amounts of financial data to identify patterns and trends invisible to the human eye. Automation of reporting and data analysis using AI significantly increases the productivity and accuracy of financial transactions.

- for marketing professionals, artificial intelligence provides tools for deep audience segmentation, personalization of marketing campaigns, and optimization of advertising costs. AI-powered systems can analyze consumer behavior in real time, predict their needs, and automatically adapt marketing messages to increase their effectiveness. AI-powered chatbots and virtual assistants improve customer experience and provide round-the-clock support.

- for entrepreneurs, understanding the power of AI is key to innovation and the creation of new products and services. AI technologies can help analyze market niches, predict the success of new ideas, and optimize business processes in the early stages of development. Using AI to automate routine tasks allows entrepreneurs to focus on strategic development and scaling their business.

Thus, Sergii Ivanets clearly conveyed to the students that active mastery of artificial intelligence technologies is not just desirable but a necessary element of their professional training, which opens significant prospects for career growth and successful self-realization in the modern high-tech world.
