On April 17, 2025, the IV International Scientific and Practical Internet Conference of Young Scientists and Students “ELECTROMECHANICAL, INFORMATION SYSTEMS AND NANOTECHNOLOGIES” was held at Kyiv National University of Technologies and Design. The purpose of the event was to exchange information and experience on the analysis, research and development of electrical and electromechanical equipment intended for the generation and distribution of electricity, protection of power supply systems, control of mechanisms, devices and technological complexes based on automated electric drives, computerized systems and nanotechnologies.
The Conference was attended by over 100 participants representing higher education institutions, including: Khmelnytskyi National University; Institute of Energy Saving and Energy Management of the National Technical University of Ukraine “Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute”; Kremenchuk Mykhailo Ostrohradsky National University; Donetsk National Technical University (Drohobych, Lviv region); V. Dahl East Ukrainian National University; Baden-Württemberg Cooperative State University, Stuttgart, Germany; University of Žilina, Slovak Republic; Košice Technical University, Slovak University Agriculturе in Nitra.
The Conference was moderated by Igor Panasiuk, Dean of the Faculty of Engineering and Information Technologies of KNUTD.
Volodymyr Statsenko, Vice-Rector for Digital Transformation of KNUTD, welcomed the Conference participants. He wished them fruitful and interesting work on behalf of Ivan Gryshchenko, Rector of KNUTD, Academician of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine.
The Conference participants were also welcomed by Oleh Polishchuk, Dean of the Faculty of Engineering, Transport and Architecture of Khmelnytskyi National University.
The Conference participants were welcomed by Oleksandr Kollarov, Head of the Department of Electrical Engineering, Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering and Chemical Technologies, State Higher Educational Institution “Donetsk National Technical University”.
On behalf of Volodymyr Dahl East Ukrainian National University, the participants were greeted by Yevhen Rudnev, Professor of the Department of Electrical Engineering.
Victoria Shevlyuk, a representative of the Ukrainian IT company SoftServe, wished all the attendees fruitful work and interesting reports.
Natalia Shramenko, Professor at the University of Applied Sciences in Karlsruhe (Germany), addressed the Conference participants with a welcoming speech from foreign partners and friends.
The Conference participants were also welcomed by Ali Salim ogli Kerimov, Head of the Technical Department of SOCAR Gas Export (Republic of Azerbaijan), and Kateryna Kravchenko, Associate Professor at the University of Žilina (Slovak Republic).
During the plenary session, reports from undergraduate and postgraduate students were heard. The speakers included: Vadym Vasyukov, student of Volodymyr Dahl East Ukrainian National University; Yevhen Nikitin, postgraduate student of the National University of Life Resources and Environmental Management of Ukraine; Veronika Kruk, Yaroslav Kulakivskyi, Anastasia Tsverkunova, Dmytro Debrin, students of KNUTD; Yuriy Gaman, Kostiantyn Bilashov, Vladyslav Pylypenko, graduate students of KNUTD.
After the break, the Conference continued its work in the format of sectional meetings. The Conference worked on the following thematic platforms: Electromechanical systems. Energy systems. Renewable energy and energy conservation; Information systems. Computer systems and networks. Internet of Things and Smart systems technologies; Nanotechnologies. Environmental safety.
Lecturers, as well as postgraduate and undergraduate students of the Faculty of Engineering and Information Technologies at KNUTD, actively participated in the event. Based on the outcomes of the Conference, an electronic collection of materials was compiled.
