In May 2025, following the successful completion of the IV All-Ukrainian Scientific and Practical Conference “Integration of Science and Education: Development of Cultural and Creative Industries”, higher education students gathered for a regular meeting of the student scientific club “Stage Dialogue”. The main purpose of the meeting was to thoroughly discuss the results of the conference and plan further steps aimed at developing the research and creative activities of the club.

Under the guidance of the club’s leader, head of the Department of Performing Arts, PhD, Associate Professor of the Department of Performing Arts and Culture Vira BURNAZOVA, participants actively analysed the achievements and challenges that arose during the conference. The meeting was a logical continuation after the completion of the remarkable event, which allowed the members of the “Stage Dialogue” club to demonstrate a high level of training, theoretical knowledge and practical skills in performing arts.

The club members actively discussed the presentations, particularly those concerning “Contemporary cinema between tradition and experimentation: analysis of new trends”, “Adaptation of Ukrainian actors to a multicultural environment: challenges, strategies, and recommendations for students”, and “The influence of social media on the development and popularisation of contemporary art”. The students expressed their opinions on the relevance and practical value of the information they received, as well as its potential for further research and creative projects. Members of the “Stage Dialogue” club noted that this experience deepened their understanding of the need for a cross-disciplinary approach and familiarity with innovative technologies in theatre arts.

The meetings also outlined the proposed future directions of the club’s activities, taking into account the experience gained. The students discussed specific topics for future scientific publications and projects based on the results of the conference and open discussions. This includes further study of the latest trends in cinema and theatre arts and their integration with digital technologies. There are plans to develop and implement creative projects that will use innovative approaches and multimedia technologies to create original stage productions. The importance of supporting and developing new scientific contacts established during the conference was emphasised with a view to future joint projects and exchange of experience. Possible formats and topics for future meetings of the club were discussed, as well as participation in other scientific and creative events of the Department of Performing Arts and Culture of Kyiv National University of Technologies and Design.

With a wealth of experience and a wide range of topics explored, the members of the scientific and student club look to the future of their activities with confidence, reasonably hoping to realize their creative and research potential.
