Vladyslava Sadlivska, a second-year student majoring in Hotel and Restaurant Business at the Department of Tourism and Hotel and Restaurant Business, took part in the International Student Research Competition in the specialty 073 Management and was awarded a First-Degree Diploma (academic advisor – Doctor of Public Administration, Associate Professor O.O. Akhmedova).

The competition is held annually at Mykhailo Ostrohradskyi Kremenchuk National University (KrNU) under the patronage of the National Commission of Ukraine for UNESCO and with the support of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine. Its purpose is to promote Ukraine’s integration into the European educational and scientific space, expand international cooperation, stimulate students’ scientific and innovative activity, encourage mastery of modern technologies, and foster the intellectual potential of talented youth.

We express our sincere gratitude to the organizers of the competition – Rector of KrNU Mykhailo Zahirniak, and Chair of the Jury – Doctor of Economics, Professor Iryna Trunina, Head of the Department of Management and Marketing at KrNU – for the high-level organization and support of young researchers.

Special thanks go to Doctor of Economics, Professor Olena Sushchenko, Head of the Department of Tourism and Hotel and Restaurant Business, for her scientific mentorship, professionalism, and inspiration, which played a key role in the preparation and successful participation in the competition.
