The four-month course, initiated by the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine in partnership with the British Council and the World Bank, has been successfully completed by a team from our University.

Step by step, from July 16 to 19, the University team, comprising Vice-Rectors Liudmyla Hanushchak-Yefimenko and Volodymyr Statsenko, Institute Director Svitlana Arabuli, Faculty Deans Natalia Ostapenko and Ihor Panasiuk, Heads of structural units Liudmyla Halavska, Olena Hryhorevska, and Olena Yevseitseva, as well as Library Director Tetiana Bukoros, has been working toward the development of institutional and financial strategies aimed at strengthening higher education in Ukraine. This work will culminate in the implementation of their final institutional project.

The team members gained valuable knowledge in strategic planning, human resource management, quality improvement in education, application of financial tools, and risk hedging.

This September, the KNUTD team will have the opportunity to present its institutional project to the Ministry of Education and Science, the British Council, and the World Bank and begin implementing it at the University.
