On August 18, 2025, a traditional meeting of first-year students with the Institute's administration took place at the Educational and Scientific Institute of Culture and Creative Industries of the KNUTD.

The higher education graduates were congratulated on the beginning of a new stage in their lives by the director of the National Institute of Cultural and Artistic Culture - Lidia Makarenko, the head of the Department of Digital Art - Antonina Dubrivna , the head of the Department of Performing Arts and Culture - Vira Burnazova , and the head of the Department of Tourism and Hotel and Restaurant Business - Olena Sushchenko .

During the meeting, the first-year students met with the curators of academic groups, the acting head of the student government of the National Institute of Design and Architecture and received a first impression of the peculiarities of organizing the educational process at the Kyiv National University of Technologies and Design.

Dear our first-year students! Today you are embarking on an important and extremely responsible path - the path of gaining knowledge, professional development and creative self-expression. We sincerely believe that together with you we will be able to increase the cultural and scientific potential of Ukraine, and the knowledge and skills acquired here will become a solid foundation for your future victories .
