On September 3, 2025, a meeting of curators of undergraduate groups of the Faculty of Design was held. The event was organized and conducted by: Kalyna Pashkevych, Dean of the Faculty of Design, Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor, Liudmyla Melnyk, Deputy Dean for Scientific and Pedagogical Work, Candidate of Technical Sciences, Associate Professor, Oleksandr Vasyliev, Deputy Dean for Educational Work, Doctor of Philosophy.

The event was attended by heads of departments and curators of academic groups of the Faculty of Design of educational programs: "Fashion Design", "Environmental Design", "Graphic Design" and "Multimedia Design".

Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Design, Oleksandr Vasyliev, emphasized the need to hold conversations with students about discipline and academic success, to monitor the living conditions of students in dormitories through regular visits, as well as the importance of artistic and aesthetic education of students as a means of forming national identity through visiting exhibitions, museums, theaters, open lectures, involvement in volunteering, charity, scientific, cultural, artistic and sports activities that take place at the university.

Curators Galyna Kokorina, Natalia Ryshkevych, Sviatoslav Podlevsky, Yuliia Silenko, Vadym Batrak, Aureliia Kolesnikova and others also discussed the educational work plan for the first semester of the 2025–2026 academic year, emphasizing the importance of coordinated cooperation with the school leaders and representatives of student self-government.

The agenda included issues of preserving the mental health of students during the difficult war period, and those present discussed the importance of psychological support. The meeting took place in a warm, friendly atmosphere, which facilitated an open exchange of views.
