On June 24, 2025, Kyiv National University of Technologies and Design hosted the successful defense of the dissertation by Oleksandr Yuriyovych Shein on the topic “Budget Policy for Ensuring the Economic Security of the State” under the supervision of Doctor of Economics, Professor Alina Oleksandrivna Khodzhyan and Doctor of Philosophy in Economics Lyudmila Serhiivna Melnyk.
