PARTICIPATION OF KNUTD IN THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE ERASMUS+K2 PROJECT – SEAL-NR “SKILLS ENRICHMENT FOR ADAPTIVE LEADERSHIP – NEW REALITY”

From September 24 to 29, 2025, the University team, comprising Oleksandra Olshanska, Acting Rector of KNUTD; Alla Kasych, Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs (Educational Activity); Olena Vartanova, Professor of the Department of Management; and Associate Professors of the Department of Management Tetiana Tsalko, Natalia Buhas, and Olena Hryhorevska, participated in a series of training sessions titled “Bridging Education and Business through 21st Century Skills and Virtual Collaboration” held at the International Balkan University (the project coordinator) in Skopje, North Macedonia.

The event brought together participants from many countries, creating a vibrant platform for academic exchange and collaboration.

Over the course of six days, participants took part in:

– a professional workshop on media literacy and the development of critical thinking in education, where they explored key challenges and strategies of the digital age;

– a workshop on the development of digital entrepreneurship in the 21st century, which focused on innovative thinking and the Business Model Canvas approach;

– master classes and presentations on building effective teams, modeling crisis situations and adjustment strategies, supporting multilingual teams and cross-border cooperation, as well as developing language skills and intercultural competence for global collaboration.

They exchanged best practices in startup modeling – from idea development to presentation.

The week also included professional development activities, in particular a visit to the Agency for Innovation Activity, Scientific and Technological Development and Entrepreneurship (INOVA) and SEMOS Education.

Representatives of these institutions shared their experience in technology transfer, emphasizing community collaboration for the promotion of innovation and applied research.

On the final day of the program, a session was held during which participants shared their experiences and key insights on developing Virtual Exchange (VE) collaboration activities and using VE for digital facilitation.

Participants were awarded certificates confirming the successful completion of the training cycle.

We sincerely thank our colleagues for their warm hospitality, engaging and informative seminars and workshops, lively discussions, and the opportunity to share our own experience, gain new knowledge, and explore the possibilities of virtual learning and collaboration. To be continued!
