On October 17, 2025, a lecture by Viacheslav Moskal, a fashion stylist with many years of experience, a postgraduate student of the Faculty of Design, was held on the topic: “The profession of fashion stylist: how to achieve success?” for students of the Bachelor's and Master’s level of higher education in the educational programs “Fashion Design”, “Graphic Design”, “Multimedia Design”, as well as students of other educational programs of the university.

The lecture revealed the features of the profession of a fashion stylist, areas of work in this field, the specifics of freelancing and the first steps in building a career. Also, professional practitioner Viacheslav Moskal told the students about the features of working as an assistant stylist at Ukrainian Fashion Week and filming music videos, the film industry, photos for glossy magazines, advertising, etc. The lecture was practical - Viacheslav shared his own experience and real cases from his professional activities. Students actively asked questions and received comprehensive answers from the lecturer.

Viacheslav is a postgraduate student at the Faculty of Design of the KNUTD, speciality 022 Design (scientific supervisor - Lyudmila Melnyk, Candidate of Technical Sciences, Associate Professor), so the lecture was organized by him within the framework of scientific and pedagogical practice.

During the event, an announcement was made of a free mini-course for KNUTD students, which will help to deepen their knowledge in the field of style and practically try themselves as a stylist.

We thank Viacheslav Moskal for an interesting and useful lecture for students, which allowed them to deepen their knowledge and receive relevant advice that students can use in their professional activities as designers.
