In October 2025, within the framework of the international academic mobility program between the Kyiv National University of Technology and Design (KNUTD) and the International Academy of Applied Sciences in Łomża (MANS, Łomża, Poland), higher education graduates of the Department of Marketing, specialty D5 Marketing (educational and professional programs Marketing and Digital Marketing) successfully completed their studies at the International Academy of Applied Sciences in Łomża. This experience was an important step in their professional development and deepening of international competence. The participants of the academic mobility program were the students of the Marketing Department – Elvira Shiposha, Violetta Orlova, Anna Lisachenko, Maria Arendar and the Digital Marketing Department – Polina Kotenok. At the beginning of the academic mobility program, the students of the Marketing specialty met with the rector of the International Academy of Applied Sciences in Łomża Ireneusz Żuchowski, vice-rector Andrzej Borusiewicz and vice-dean Zoia Sharlovych, and got acquainted with the innovations of modern European higher education, the activities of the academy and the main areas of international cooperation.

During the academic mobility program, higher education students majoring in Marketing were trained in modern classrooms, scientific laboratories and seminar rooms of the International Academy of Applied Sciences in Łomża. For a whole month, the students had the opportunity to study at the academy, which is distinguished by a high level of material and technical support, modern equipment and a practically oriented approach to organizing the educational process.

Higher education students majoring in Marketing joined the round table with MANS students, during which a lively discussion and exchange of experience in the field of marketing communications, interpersonal interaction and international learning took place. The participants also took part in a training on interpersonal communication aimed at developing soft skills in an international context.

During the Horticulture Fair in Shepetov (05.10.2025), higher education students of the Marketing specialty together with Dr. Zoya Sharlovych, Master of Science Igor Skrodzky, Master of Science Natalia Moshenets, Doctor of Engineering Sciences Yolanta Puchel and Doctor of Engineering Sciences Bronislaw Puchel presented the MANS Academy. Within the framework of the event, higher education students of the Marketing Department of KNUTD, together with Polish education students, presented the results of the academy's activities, demonstrated the university platform, educational areas and opportunities for international cooperation. Also, our higher education students of the Marketing specialty got acquainted with the marketing practices of Polish enterprises in the field of horticulture, namely, they considered how companies advertise their products, form communication, use digital and traditional promotion channels.

Also, throughout the entire period of study at the International Academy of Applied Sciences in Łomża (MANS), higher education students majoring in Marketing actively collaborated with business representatives, discussed examples of advertising and promotional strategies, and gained practical experience that can be integrated into educational projects and used in further professional activities.

Participation in international academic exchange gave higher education students majoring in Marketing at KNUTD the opportunity to broaden their professional horizons, join the European educational model, and transfer best practices to the Ukrainian context. The interactive program, which includes both educational modules based on the International Academy of Applied Sciences in Łomży (MANS) and practical activities during fair events, contributed to the formation of a comprehensive marketing mindset - a combination of theory, practice, and intercultural communication. For the Kyiv National University of Technologies and Design, the Department of Marketing, and higher education applicants in the D5 Marketing specialty, such cooperation is an important step in improving the quality of educational and professional programs and forming competitive specialists who are able to work effectively in an international environment.

We are sincerely grateful to our Polish partners - representatives of the

International Academy of Applied Sciences in Łomży for their hospitality, fruitful cooperation, exchange of experience, and support in the development of academic mobility and international education.
