PROFESSIONAL START OF MARKETING: COOPERATION OF THE DEPARTMENT OF MARKETING WITH THE COMPANY "FIALAN"

On October 30, 2025, the Department of Marketing of the Kyiv National University of Technologies and Design held another stage of successful cooperation with stakeholders of the OPP "Marketing", OPP "Digital Marketing" and OPP "Communication Marketing", aimed at ensuring high-quality training of competitive specialists. Higher education graduates in the specialty D5 Marketing had the opportunity to meet with representatives of the international logistics company Fialan. Fialan has been successfully operating on the Ukrainian market since 2004 and is a recognized expert in the field of international logistics, with over twenty years of experience. The company provides a full range of services - from procurement and consolidation of goods, customs clearance, quality control, analytics of logistics processes and financial and legal support. Among the company's modern innovative solutions are a mobile application for customers, a delivery analytics system, and legal support for import operations, which ensure transparency, convenience, and efficiency of cooperation.

The meeting participants were particularly interested in the speech of Ivan Skorokhodov, Director of Marketing and Innovation at Fialan. In his speech, he presented the company's development directions, outlined current trends in the field of logistics and foreign economic activity, and shared his vision of the strategic role of marketing in global business communication. The company's presentation was also conducted by Anastasia Olshevska, Head of Sales, and Anna Rafalska, Head of Marketing. Anastasia spoke about the structure and work of the sales department, about the coordination of client requests, the importance of team interaction, and her experience working with Ukrainian businesses in international logistics. Anna Rafalska shared her experience in establishing interaction between marketing and sales, talked about the peculiarities of building communications within a company that operates simultaneously in several markets, and about the role of analytics in planning marketing campaigns, and introduced the D5 Marketing major to the marketer vacancy: requirements for candidates, features of working in the company, development opportunities and participation in international projects.

D5 Marketing major students received valuable advice on building a career, employer expectations, and practical aspects of working in a company that actively implements digital technologies and marketing tools in its activities. The event was held within the framework of the systematic cooperation of the Department of Marketing with business partners, which contributes to the formation of professional competencies of future specialists and their successful integration into the modern labor market.

The meeting resulted in the successful employment of higher education graduates in the specialty D5 Marketing at Fialan.
