GUEST LECTURE FROM THE FOUNDER OF THE AGENCY "RIZNI" DIANA LISOVA FOR HIGHER EDUCATION STUDENTS D5 "MARKETING"

On November 3, 2025, the Department of Marketing of the Kyiv National University of Technologies and Design hosted a guest lecture by the head of the agency "RIZNI" Diana Lisova on the topic: SMM in Ukraine: myths, reality and a little pain.

The event was organized for higher education students of the specialty D5 "Marketing" of the educational and professional programs "Marketing", "Digital Marketing" and "Communication Marketing". The purpose of the meeting was to deepen the practical knowledge of higher education students about modern trends in the field of SMM, the features of brand promotion in social networks and building effective communications in the digital environment.

RIZNI Agency, founded by Diana Lisova, is a Ukrainian SMM and digital marketing agency specializing in creating comprehensive strategies for promoting brands in social networks. The company provides a full range of services - from developing a content strategy, photo and video production to targeted advertising and analytics. RIZNI works with brands of various scales, from small businesses to well-known companies, helping them build effective communication with the audience and form recognition in the digital environment.

Diana Lisova, as an expert practitioner in the field of SMM marketing, shared her own vision of the development of digital communications in Ukraine and spoke about the real challenges that Ukrainian marketers face. During the meeting, important topics were discussed, including:

– the specifics of forming an SMM strategy for Ukrainian business, from defining goals and target audience to choosing a platform and evaluating results;

– the role of content, analytics and targeting in building communication between the brand and the consumer.

Special attention was paid to advice for higher education students: how to develop a personal brand, form a portfolio, work effectively with clients, remain flexible to trends and constantly improve their analytical, creative and communication skills.

Higher education students actively participated in the discussion, asked questions, shared their own observations and received valuable advice from the speaker. The lecture was held in an open, dynamic atmosphere that promoted professional dialogue.

The event became another example of effective cooperation between the Department of Marketing and business partners, which contributes to the formation of practical competencies of higher education students and increasing their competitiveness in the labor market.
