On November 6, 2025, representatives of KNUTD participated in the regional seminar "Current State of the Higher Education Quality Assurance System in Ukraine: Challenges and Prospects", which was organized by the National Agency for Higher Education Quality Assurance on the basis of the National Technical University of Ukraine "Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute".
The event brought together heads and specialists of structural units for ensuring the quality of education, guarantors of educational programs, representatives of higher education institutions, as well as experts from the Agency for Higher Education. Its goal was to strengthen communication between the Agency and universities, exchange experience in implementing effective mechanisms for internal quality assurance of educational activities and the quality of higher education.

An important part of the seminar was the "Questions and Answers" block, during which participants had the opportunity to receive consultations directly from members of the National Agency - the head of the NAZAVO Andriy Butenko , his deputies Natalia Stukalo, Ivan Nazarov, Olena Yeremenko and Bohdan Morklyanyk . University representatives asked questions about preparation for accreditation, working with experts, the use of monitoring tools, academic integrity and the specifics of implementing internal quality policies.

Art, Head of the Center for Quality Management of Educational Activities, Candidate of Art History; Olena HRYGOREVSKA, Candidate of Economic Sciences, Associate Professor, Director of the Educational and Methodological Center for Management of Specialist Training; Kalyna PASHKEVYCH, Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor, Dean of the Faculty of Design; Denys KOCHERZHUK, Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Culture and Creative Industries for Scientific and Pedagogical Work.
Such regional seminars are extremely important for the formation of a common quality space for higher education in Ukraine, the development of a culture of trust between universities and the National Agency, as well as for the implementation of best practices of European standards in internal quality assurance systems.
Kyiv National University of Technology and Design consistently develops its own system of internal quality assurance of education, which is based on the principles of student-centeredness , academic integrity, transparency, and continuous improvement.
