On November 7–8, 2025, representatives of Kyiv National University of Technologies and Design took part in the EUkraine 1st Progressive Summit 2025.

The summit brought together political leaders, experts, representatives of the civil sector, and international partners to discuss key areas of Ukraine’s transformation on its path to EU membership.

The summit program covered strategic topics, including: Ukraine’s path to full membership in the European Union, fair and effective state recovery, the development of joint international and project-based activities, the promotion of democracy and European values, as well as support for veterans and ensuring their social integration in the post-war period.

During the panel discussions, perspectives were presented by Ukrainian and European politicians, representatives of civil society organizations, veterans, scholars, and experts in public administration, project management, human rights, and economic policy.

The summit participants explored potential areas of cooperation in education, science, innovation, and human capital development, which open new opportunities for the university community.

From KNUTD, the event was attended by Viktoriia Margasova, Director of the Office for International and Project Activities at KNUTD, and Oksana Khalabuzar, Associate Professor of the Department of Philology and Translation.




The participation of KNUTD representatives in the EUkraine 1st Progressive Summit 2025 highlights the university’s active role in fostering international partnerships, advancing academic diplomacy, and engaging in key European discussions on Ukraine’s future.
KNUTD will continue to strengthen its role as an active participant in the international academic and educational arena and as a partner in shaping Ukraine’s European future.
