On November 19, 2025, representatives of the Faculty of Design took part in the Festival of Digital Innovations in Fashion and Textiles "CLOTEX D-FEST" at Khmelnytskyi National University (KNU).
Scientists of KNUTD, executors of the ERASMUS+ INNOVATEX project, at the invitation of Oksana Zakharkevych, head of the research department of KNU, coordinator of the EDIH CLOTEX-HUB project, Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor, presented the project on the discussion platform "Synergy of Projects: Erasmus, Horizon Europe, Digital Europe".
The following spoke at the opening of the CLOTEX D-FEST festival: Oleksiy Fedorov, Head of the Department of Digital Development, Digital Transformations and Digitalization of the Khmelnytskyi Regional State Administration; Kristina Saue, Project Advisor, European Executive Agency for Health and Digital Technologies (HaDEA); Michaela Lafont, Program Coordinator, DG Cnect (European Commission); Oksana Zakharkevych, EDIH CLOTEX-HUB Project Coordinator; Tetyana Askerova, Cluster Manager, "IT Cluster of Khmelnytskyi City"; Lesiia Sobolevska, EDIH Kyiv HighTech Coordinator; Petro Pyvovar, Head of the National Center for Space and Geoinformation Technologies of the Pollissia National University (POLIDIH).
The discussion platform "Synergy of Projects: Erasmus, Horizon Europe, Digital Europe" was opened by Kateryna Skiba, Vice-Rector for Scientific and Pedagogical Work of KNU, implementer of the U_CAN (Horizont Europe) project.
Kalyna Pashkevych, Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor, Dean of the Faculty of Design of KNUTD, Olena Gerasymenko, Doctor of Philosophy, Associate Professor, Associate Professor of the Department of Art and Costume Design of KNUTD, together with Mariia Artemenko, Candidate of Technical Sciences, Associate Professor, First Vice-Rector of Kherson National Technical University, presented the Erasmus+ InnovaTex project "Innovations in the Field of Smart and Digital Skills in Vocational Education for the Modern Textile Industry", which is being implemented in partnership with 7 institutions from different countries of the world, talked about the progress of implementation, and presented the main achievements.
The discussion of issues of activity in international projects was attended by Pavlo Radiuk, Associate Professor of the Department of Computer Science of KNU (U_CAN (Horizon Europe) project); Tetyana Govorushchenko, Dean of the Faculty of KNTU (MOVEX & SMART-PL (ERASMUS) projects); Oksana Mykhailovska, Associate Professor of the Department of Fashion Industry in Light Industry of KNU (3D4U (ERASMUS) project).
The participants of the meeting exchanged experiences, discussed issues and problems faced by those implementing educational and scientific projects.
