On December 6, 2025, the 2025 Summit of Progressive Educators took place in Kyiv, organized with the support of the Friedrich Ebert Stiftung and the educational platform "Prohresylni." The event brought together leading experts, administrators, and scholars to discuss strategic directions for the development of education in Ukraine amid wartime challenges and future recovery.

Kyiv National University of Technologies and Design was represented at the Summit by:

• Viktoriia Margasova, Director of the Office of International and Project Activities;
• Vira Burnazova, Head of the Department of Performing Arts and Culture;
• Oksana Khalabuzar, Associate Professor of the Department of Philology and Translation.

During the event, KNUTD representatives took part in thematic panel discussions focused on the transformation of the educational and scientific environment, the implementation of innovative teaching approaches, the development of international project partnerships, and the formation of competencies necessary for the sustainable recovery of the country.

Participation in the Summit provided an opportunity to expand cooperation, establish new professional contacts, and exchange best practices that will contribute to the further development of the university and the educational sector in Ukraine.
