Representatives of Kyiv National University of Technologies and Design — the Faculty of Engineering and Information Technologies and four graduating departments: Computer Engineering and Electromechanics, Physics, Information and Computer Technologies, and Mechanical Engineering, as well as representatives of the faculty’s student self-government — conducted a career guidance meeting for the students of the Vasylkiv Academic Lyceum “Uspikh”, an educational institution of the Vasylkiv City Council of Kyiv Region.

The event was organized with the support of the lyceum director, Vitalii Krasnikov, and deputy director, Oksana Klimova, who ensured the gathering of students and created favorable conditions for a meaningful and informative meeting. Organizational coordination on behalf of the university was provided by Svitlana Linichenko, responsible for career guidance work at the faculty.

During the event, lecturers and faculty representatives informed students about modern educational programs at KNUTD, opportunities to pursue engineering and information technology specialities, specifics of practical training, involvement in scientific research, innovative laboratories, startup projects, and dual education. Emphasis was placed on the current areas of development in computer engineering, electromechanics, applied physics, IT technologies, mechatronics, and modern mechanical engineering.

The students actively participated in the discussion, asked questions about admission conditions, career prospects, and opportunities for professional growth in high-tech industries. Pupils also took part in a themed quiz, demonstrated a high level of engagement, and received pleasant prizes for their participation.

The event became an important step in strengthening cooperation between KNUTD and educational institutions of Kyiv Region and will contribute to successful professional self-determination of future applicants.
