On December 2, 2025, a very touching and significant event took place at the Lyceum of International Relations No. 51 – the grand opening of a memorial dedicated to the memory of fallen defenders. Third-year students of our department (group BAMP1-23, creative workshop of L.M. Somova), majoring in 026 Performing Arts, joined in organizing and conducting the event.

The future actors presented a literary and dramatic composition, which became the emotional center of the ceremony. The students' performance was dedicated to the heroes' feat, the importance of memory, and the indestructibility of the Ukrainian spirit. The performance was accompanied by a video series with newsreel footage and calls for the release of the defenders, enhancing the depth of the performance's perception. The students demonstrated their ability to work with highly complex emotional themes, combining acting skills with civic engagement.
Participation in such events is an integral part of the education of a modern actor. This is not just a performance—it is an act of living memory and a manifestation of deep respect for those who gave their lives for our freedom.

We would like to express our gratitude to the administration of Lyceum No. 51 for their trust. It is a great honor for our department to share this memorable moment with the community, the families of heroes, and young people.
We remember. We honor. We continue the struggle on the artistic front!
