On January 30, 2026, an online consultation was held at the Faculty of Design on conducting practical training for students, which is scheduled from February, 09 2026 to March, 07 2026.
Dean of the Faculty of Design Kalyna Pashkevych, heads of departments of the Faculty of Design Liliia Zhuravel-Zmieieva, Nataliia Chuprina, Danylo Kosenko, Olena Vasylieva, deputy deans Oleksandr Vasyliev, Olena Gerasymenko, Liudmyla Melnyk, practice supervisors met with bachelor's and master's degree applicants studying at KNUTD in the specialty "Design".
Oleksandr Vasyliev, Doctor of Philosophy, Senior Lecturer at the Department of Graphic Design, spoke about the terms of the internships, familiarized students with the order, which assigns internship bases and supervisors to students, and about the necessary documents and organizational aspects.
Kalyna Pashkevych, Dean of the Faculty of Design, told students about the organization of practical training in a blended mode, about the schedule according to which students will undergo practice and communicate with teachers offline, or online through the modular system of the educational process of the KNUTD, where work programs of practices, methodological recommendations, and sample documents are posted.
Heads of departments Olena Vasylieva, Liliia Zhuravel-Zmieieva, Danylo Kosenko, as well as lecturer Iryna Davydenko told students about the forms of conducting and tasks of practical training.
Students of the departments of graphic design, multimedia design, interior and furniture design, art and fashion design actively asked questions and received comprehensive answers from teachers.
Practical training of students is an important component of the training of future designers, as it provides an opportunity to consolidate the knowledge gained by students in practice.
