On January 29, 2026, an online meeting was held with our partners — representatives of Diamond FMS (https://www.diamond-fms.com): Director Nard Elsman (https://www.facebook.com/nard.elsmansr?locale=uk_UA) and Project Manager Javeria Jaffar (https://www.facebook.com/Javeria.Gha?locale=uk_UA). The meeting took place in an atmosphere of open communication and mutual interest.

The discussion focused not only on organizational aspects of cooperation but also on the real opportunities that the modern Diamond FMS software product offers to students and faculty.

KNUTD is a university with a wide range of educational programs, many of which naturally align with the practical use of Diamond FMS. The University highly values the opportunity to integrate Diamond FMS into the educational process. As early as this semester, students of the “Tourism and Recreation” and “Hotel and Restaurant Business and Catering” programs will work with the software in class, try their hand at practical tasks, and later apply the skills they acquire during pre-graduation internships and while preparing qualification theses.

Starting in February, more students will gradually join the initiative, adapting the software to the specifics of real business use. Importantly, Diamond FMS is a multifunctional solution that opens new opportunities for hospitality and tourism enterprises.

The meeting highlighted the importance of active collaboration between education and business when the shared goal is to provide students with up-to-date knowledge, hands-on experience, and confidence in their own abilities.
